Company Policies


For your protection, as we sell our products only to health care professionals and independent pharmacies, we require a copy of your professional license, company letterhead or business card with your first order. This helps to ensure that we do not sell to retail patients ordering products directly from us rather than through your office.

This will enable our office to process your order more efficiently.
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day


Our office hours are:

Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern


Our answering system takes messages/orders when we are out of the office. Orders can be faxed to our office 24 hours a day at (412) 821-0399. Every effort will be made to ship orders taken prior to 1:00pm that day.


All new accounts will be set up as Credit Card on File or COD.

We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.


We do not accept returns unless prior approval has been obtained for special cases and in no event after 90 days. All products returned must be in re-sellable condition (no labels, no writing on bottles, etc.) A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. We do not issue call tags for products returned unless our office has made an error in the order. Our office must be notified prior to the return of any product.

Special Orders/Custom Homeopathic Orders

Homeopathic products listed with an “ * ” in the catalog and price list are designated as normally non-stocked or special order products. If they are in stock, they may be ordered in quantities of less than the normal 12-bottle minimum for special orders. If the product is not in stock, the 12-bottle minimum applies. The 12-bottle minimum in some cases can be waived to 3-6 if there have been other orders for that product – inquire.

Custom Homeopathic formulas to a customer’s specification and modifications of PHP® formulas can also be ordered as special orders for a minimum of 12 bottles – please inquire.

Special Homeopathic orders take approximately 8 weeks.

Private Label

For PHP® nutritional products only, a 36-bottle minimum can be provided. PHP® will provide design assistance to customize and produce labels that conform to labeling regulations. PHP® will also custom manufacture private label nutritional products. Minimum runs are 25,000 capsules for encapsulated products and 100 lbs. for powdered formulas. Liquid formulas will also be considered.
